If you purchase a gift card for postal delivery, we also collect a full postal address. We collect treatment notes and preferences to ensure continuity between sessions and to tailor our service to your needs. These notes are written by your therapist and may include information you share about areas of tension, injuries, or preferences for pressure and focus.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payment information is handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe, and never touches our systems.

How We Use Your Information

We use your contact details to confirm bookings, send appointment reminders, and communicate with you about your treatments. Your email address is used for transactional messages such as booking confirmations, cancellation notices, and gift card deliveries. If you have opted in, we may also send you our newsletter.

Treatment notes help your therapist prepare for each session and provide consistent care across visits. We may use anonymised data to understand how our services are used and to improve the experience we offer.

Who We Share Your Information With

We work with a small number of trusted third party services to operate our business. Each receives only the information necessary to perform their function.

Stripe processes all payments and receives your name, email, phone number, and address where relevant. Postmark delivers our emails and receives your email address, name, and booking details. Twilio sends SMS appointment reminders and receives your phone number and appointment time. Sentry helps us identify and fix technical errors, and may receive your email address and booking context if an error occurs during your session. Fathom Analytics provides privacy focused website analytics using anonymised data. BunnyCDN delivers images on our website and may log image requests.

We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses Fathom Analytics, a privacy focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track you across websites. Fathom collects anonymised information about page views to help us understand how our website is used.

We use your browser's local storage to remember certain preferences and to keep the booking process smooth. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Where Your Data Lives

Your information is stored using modern cloud infrastructure. Our database is hosted by PlanetScale, and our website runs on Cloudflare's global network. These services maintain high security standards and are designed to protect your data from unauthorised access.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as you remain an active client and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Certain records, particularly those related to payments and bookings, are kept for the period required by law for accounting and tax purposes.
